- Doing His Best -
He's the hard working, thoughtful, and sensitive kind, An honest and warm hearted man... He's simply a person who's doing his best, To live as well as he can.
You'll probably not see his name up in lights, His goal is not glory or fame. He may not be chosen as man of the year, And not all will remember his name.
He most highly values the people he loves, And friendship, to him is a prize. Contentment with life can be seen in his face, And happiness shines in his eyes.
He'll share what he has with somebody in need, Find time to help those in distress... He may not be famous, he may not be rich, But at living, this man's a success.

A message from Tom
Thank’s Dad
Thanks for being the anchor that always kept our family ship in place no matter how rough the seas.
Thanks for teaching me to respect and cherish the earth and all of the wonderful bounty it has to offer.
Thanks for teaching me to love baseball and old Ford trucks, and thanks for making me a Yankee fan.
But most of all, thanks for teaching me how to be a good human being by your example of showing friendship to everyone you met. They say Will Rogers said that he never met a man he didn’t like. I have a twist on that saying. Dad, in all my life I don’t think I ever knew a man that didn’t like you. Even Alzheimer’s couldn’t keep your friendly spirit from coming through. If there’s a bar in heaven, I am sure you're already behind it, doling out advice and friendship to everyone that comes in.
Save us a spot at the end of the bar, we’ll see you soon.
Love, #2 son (Tom)
